The clubhouse features a large great room with high beam ceilings and generous picture windows. The French doors lead out to our courtyard which is shaded by a lovely weeping willow tree. Bistro lighting makes the courtyard an inviting first impression as you make your way to our front entrance and grand double doors. There is a prep kitchen, sitting room, stage with performance lighting, changing room, ADA accessibility, caterer entrance, a Bluetooth-enabled sound system, wireless microphone, audio-visual equipment, and WIFI.
The Saturday Afternoon Clubhouse offers 5,000 square feet of space that can accommodate 225 for general assembly or 175 for dining.

Was part of my friends wedding here and it was amazing, they were super nice and accommodating. The place its self is very nice and close to downtown, yet it seems very private personal. Overall great time.
There is abundant parking for your guests immediately adjacent to the building at the City of Santa Rosa's 7th street parking garage. A gate from the parking garage goes directly to our clubhouse for easy access and includes ADA accessibility.
The clubhouse fee is based on a 7-hour time frame which includes set-up and clean-up. Additional hours can be purchased. The cleaning fee includes basic table set up, tear-down, and deep cleaning of the venue. The cleaning fee is deducted from the deposit and the remaining refund is processed within 30 days of your event. We also require liability insurance. Contact our Clubhouse Rental Manager for availability and quote.
